| About
15-20 days
ago, I suddenly
developed
a sharp
pain in
the upper
right back
and shoulder
area. I
was not
sure what
caused it,
but I thought
it would
go away
in a few
days with
some massage
and hot
water bottle
treatment
at home.
I spend
a lot of
time of
time in
front of
the computer,
and its
possible
that wrong
posture,
stress,
or other
factors
in combination
may have
caused this
problem.
However,
when things
didn't improve,
I decided
to seek
medical

I met Dr.

me to get
an X-ray
just to
rule out
anything
more serious,
and in the
end, he
was very
reassuring
and said

the past,
I have used
and found
much relief
with "alternative"
systems

such as

worked very
well in
my case.
By the end
of the 3rd
day, the
pain was
substantially
less and
I could
go about
my daily
activities
